SITUATION PROBABLE CAUSE REMEDY
Creeping, Hard Shifting, Clutches
rotating at idle
Drag on the one-way bearing or
Flange Sleeve sticking
Verify flange sleeve is retracting to flush
with stationary sheave at idle
Shim and align clutches to ensure
proper alignment
Inspect the one-way bearing for drag,
Inspect the flange sleeve bushing, drive
helix, and stationary shaft for smoot
operation.
Verify EBS spring is in the proper
position.
Clunking noise on drive away Normal operation
No action needed
