Transmission Oil
Oil Change
1. Position the vehicle on a level
surface.
2. Place the transmission in PARK.
3. Remove the fill plug.
4. Remove the drain plug.
5. Drain the oil into a drain pan.
6. Clean the drain plug.
7. Reinstall the drain plug. Torque
to specification. See page 75.
8. Add the recommended oil.
9. Reinstall the fill plug. Torque to
specification.
10. Check for leaks.
11. Discard used oil properly.
