Engine Assembly -- All Engines
11. Install one circlip in piston with gap facing upward or
downward. V erify that clip is fully seated before
proceeding.
12. Lubricate and install piston rings on piston. Letter on
end of each ring faces upward.
13. Lubricate and install new connecting rod small--end
bearings. Lubricate piston pin.
