• Enhancing the Image
1. Turn the Mode Dial to
.
2. Press the left or right button to select the
JPEG picture you want to manage.
3. Press the button to access the function
bar.
4. Press the down button to select the
icon.
5. Press the
button.
6. Press the left or right button to select the
option you want.
Option 1
Option 1 Color enhancement. To nd the average lightest and darkest
pixels in an image and uses them to maximize contrast while
minimizing clipping.
Option 2 Contrast enhancement. To enhance monochromatic contrast
clips all channels identically. This preserves the overall
color relationship while making highlights appear lighter and
shadows darker.
Option 3 Level enhancement. To enhance per channel contrast
maximizes the tonal range in each channel to produce a more
dramatic correction.
Original To exit to the function bar, use the left or right button to
choose this option and then press the
button to conrm.
7. Press the
button and the enhanced picture will be shown on the LCD
screen.
NOTE:
• The original le may be replaced by selecting the
icon on the function bar
and press the
button.
• A new le will be created and saved onto the memory card by selecting the
icon on the function bar and press the
button.
