Playback Preparations
Using Power Adapter
The DVD player is supplied with a switching power adapter.
1. Connect AC adaptor to the jack the on side of the unit.
2. Plug the end of the power cord to a grounded AC Outlet.
NOTE: To prevent malfunction, turn the power to the DVD Player OFF before
removing the power cord from the AC Outlet.
Pre-Operation
1. Connect DVD Player to power.
2. Press the “POWER” switch.
3. Handling the disc with its printed side toward you, load it into the disc tray and close
the disc tray cover.
4. Adjust the volume with the “VOLUME” adjust knob (also adjusts headphone volume
if using headphones).
Using Headphones
Connect headphone into the headphone jack on
the left side of the unit.
Quick Tips:
• Excessively loud volume could damage your hearing.
• Turn down the volume before you connect the headphones, and then raise the
volume to comfortable level.
• Sound from the DVD Player’s external speakers will stop when headphones are
connected.
