Place a Call from Recent Calls
Place calls to contacts in the Recent Calls list, which displays calls that were recently placed,
answered, or missed.
1. Tap Recent Calls (in Calls screen or Home screen)
2. Tap on a number in the list and the call is automatically placed.
Local Directory
Review, add, and manage contacts in the system's Local Directory, if the system administrator permits this
access. The system administrator can set the Local Directory as read-only or require a password for
access to the directory. Contact your organization’s system administrator for assistance accessing or
updating the Local Directory.
Search for a Local Directory Contact
Enter search criteria while in Local Directory to locate specific contacts.
1. Navigate to Contacts > Local Directory
2. Enter contact name, etc. in the Search field. Results update and display automatically.
View Contact Details
Tap on a Contact in the list to view the Contact Details screen, which displays the current name,
number, and any additional information that may have been entered.
Add a Contact to Local Directory
New contacts added to a directory only require the contact number, but additional information can be
entered, as desired.
While in the Local Directory:
1. Tap Add
2. Enter the contact information in the available fields.
3. Tap Save.
Edit Local Directory Contact Information
1. Tap to select a Contact in the directory list.
2. Tap Edit
3. Modify the current name, number, and any additional information that may have been entered, as
needed.
4. Tap Save.
Delete a Local Directory Contact
1. Tap to select a Contact in the directory list.
2. Tap Delete Contact in the Details screen.
3. Tap Yes to confirm the action.
