Audible Once – An alert tone plays the first time a meeting reminder displays, but does not
display for any additional meeting reminders.
Audible always – (Default) An alert tone plays each time a meeting reminder displays.
4. Select Back to return to the calendar settings, or Exit.
Set Meeting Alert Tone
Define the alert tone that plays when meeting reminders display.
1. Navigate to Settings > Basic > Preferences.
2. Select Calendar Settings > Alert Tone.
3. Choose an alert tone from the options displayed.
4. Tap Play to hear the tone.
5. Select Back to return to Calendar settings or Exit.
Disable Meeting Reminders
Meeting reminders are enabled for all meetings by default, but may be disabled so they do not display.
1. Navigate to Settings > Basics > Preferences.
2. Select Calendar Settings > Reminder Settings.
3. Select Reminder and tap Disable.
4. Select Back to return to calendar settings, or
Exit.
Join Calendar Meetings
A Join button is provided for meetings in the Calendar view, in the Meeting Details view, and within
Meeting Reminders so that users may access any scheduled meeting quickly and easily.
Join Using an Alternate Number
Any alternate numbers may be provided by the meeting organizer and can be used to join the meeting.
1. Tap Join in the Calendar view or within the Meeting Reminder.
2. Select More Actions.
3. Tap on the desired alternate number in the meeting details screen to select it as the Join option.
View a Different Exchange Calendar
If enabled by your system administrator, users logged into
their Skype for Business account may access a Microsoft
Outlook calendar that isn’t associated with the user’s
Skype for business account. The Exchange User account
information (user, domain, password) will be required to
access the alternate calendar account.
1. Tap Sign In.
2. Tap User Credentials, if prompted.
3. Enter your Skype for Business login credentials, or
the extension and PIN (as required).
4. Tap Advanced.
