The following table lists the accessibility features on the RealPresence Trio Solutions:
Accessibility Feature Description
Visual Message Indicators
Icons on the user screen indicate when the system has new
messages.
Adjustable Ring Tone / Volume
Choose from a variety of ring tones for the system, (see Set
a Ringtone for Incoming Calls)
Adjustable Call Volume
Raise or lower the volume of the speaker to enhance or
diminish voice or other system sounds you hear from the
speakers.
Visual Notifications
Indicators on the screen (like flashing bars or icons) let
users know when calls are incoming, outgoing, active, or
held. Additional indicators identify system status and feature
usage.
TTY Support
The system provides acoustic coupled TTY support and
commercial TTY devices, such as Ultratec Superprint.
Adjustable Backlight Settings
Manage the brightness of the screen by adjusting intensity
settings.
Plastic Overlay
A plastic overlay is available for placement over the touchscreen
to assist users in locating the volume keys.
Auto-Answer Feature
The system can be setup to auto-answer calls.
Touchscreen
A large touchscreen allows users to select, swipe, and press to
perform system functions and active features.
Built-in Speakerphone
A built-in speakerphone makes it possible to use the system
without the need for a handset or headset.
