If your Pope Blower engine won't start, there could be several reasons. Pull the starter cord and watch for a spark at the spark plug tip. If there's no spark, try again with a new spark plug. Another reason could be no fuel. Push the primer bulb until it's full of fuel. If it doesn't fill, the primary fuel delivery system is blocked, or the fuel lines may be bent. Alternatively, the engine may be flooded. Remove the spark plug, turn the product so that the spark plug hole is aimed at the ground, make sure the choke lever is open, and pull the starter cord 10 - 14 times to clear excess fuel.
