CLEARANCES
The minimum boiler room clearances for access, erection and maintenance are as follows: -
REAR - 500mm from rear of flue hood
SIDES - 10mm
FRONT - 700mm (to allow for burner removal)
TOP - 1000mm (to allow for cleaning)
Flammable products should never be stored in the space around the boiler. Any walls that are sensitive to heat
should be protected by an appropriate insulation.
