Why does the battery capacity (battery health) drop so quickly?

learning function. When the battery is not ful y charged for a
long time, the capacity of the battery will be limited according
ly. Of course, if it is ful y charged several times (after showing
100% and then keep charging for more than 1 hour), the
battery capacity will slowly rise back to the actual capacity.

1.The information recognized by the computer is still the old
battery, please reset the SMC.

Why the battery cannot be charged?
