2. To attach the upper body handlebars, place one split
washer and one ⁵₁₆-inch washer on each of six
socket-head cap screws, then insert three of the screws
through each handlebar bracket. Fully tighten the
fasteners using a ¼-inch hex key.

Important: In the following step, install the fasteners in the
order presented. The bushing slides inside the link arm. The
heads of the screws remain on the ramp side of the link arm.
3. Attach the handlebars to the link arms using two hex
head screws, two bushings, and four ³₈-inch washers.
Note: For ease of installation, slide the corresponding foot
pedal to the top of the ramp before attaching each
handlebar.
