5. Charging
WARNING:
Always comply with the following messages
• Use only original charger, improper use can cause personal injury and property lost. The warranty
does not bear any liability caused by the use of non-original charger.
• Do not charge when near any uid /re source, always avoid ammable substance.
• Do not leave the device unattended while charging.
• The charging interface is provided with special slot. Do not force the connector to be inserted,
which can cause damage to the device.
• The charger has a charging indicator as shown in picture below (gure 5). The charger indicator is
red when the battery is charging. The indicator is green, when charging completed.
• Remove the charger when charger indicator is green. overcharge or over discharge will cause
irreversible damage to the battery or property loss.
• If the charger indicator turned green immediately while charging after riding, please disconnect the
charger and allows the battery to cool down before recharge.This is the normal phenomenon of
intelligent protection due to the high internal temperature of the battery. Charging can begin after
the battery cools down.
• STOP CHARGING! If the battery is not fully charged after a period of time, disconnect the charger.
Contact customer service for further information. For 10.5Ah battery pack, the suggest charging
time is around 5.3hrs with original 2A charger.
• The charging port must be covered by attached rubber cap after each charging.
• This product uses lithium battery cell. Always take extra care while handling the battery.
• Stop using the battery if the battery becomes abnormally hot, odor, discoloration, deformation, or
other abnormal condition is detected during use, charge, or storage.
• The battery can be used within the following temperature ranges. Don’t exceed these ranges.
• Charge temperature ranges: 0°C ~ 45°C
• Discharge temperature ranges: -20°C ~ 60°C (Battery performance vary by temperature)
• Store the battery at temperature below 60°C
