  To resolve the issue of Premium Ice Maker not producing ice, first, make sure that airflow to the front grill isn't blocked by any obstructions. Next, check that the ice maker arm is in the 'ON' position. Also, verify that the water supply is turned on and that the water line isn't crimped. Finally, if there's excessive frost build-up, defrost the ice maker.
