NOT BLENDING OR UNSATISFACTORY BLENDING TEXTURE
Over time the blade unit wears, becoming blunt and will need replacing.
If the blade unit begins to slow down or is not blending properly the drive socket may have worn
and need replacing.
SERVICING
Regular inspection of the drive socket, blade unit and jug assemblies is recommended as these
are consumable parts and subject to wear, needing to be replaced on a regular basis. This will
ensure your blender operates at its optimum capacity.
Should a problem occur with your blender which cannot be resolved by referring to the above
troubleshooting guide, please return it to your local distributor for repair.
Aftersales service will not be provided if non-original parts have been used.
CONSUMABLE SPARE PARTS
As mentioned above, all rubbers, the drive sockets, blade units and jug assemblies should be
regularly inspected for general wear and replaced where necessary. These parts are illustrated
below and are available for purchase individually or as complete service packs from your local
distributor. These parts are not covered under the warranty.
WARRANTY
The Warranty period is for 12 months or 10,000 uses from the day of purchase (whichever is
sooner) and covers defects or problems due to faulty materials or the manufacturing process
within that period.
The Warranty is on a Back-to-Base’ format which means the carriage/courier charges for
returning the blender to the local distributor and back to the customer are not covered.
The Warranty will be void if the blender has been subjected to:
- Improper operation or use not in accordance with the user manual.
- Dis-assembly and repair by third parties.
- Natural disasters.
- Liquid damage to the internal components.
The Warranty does not cover consumable parts subjected to general wear which include all
rubbers, the drive sockets, blade units and jug assemblies.
