  If the solution pump of your Prochem Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner does not engage, first check the solution pump circuit breaker on the control panel and press the reset button. If the issue persists, examine the switch, electrical connections, and wiring for any defects. Repair any faulty connections, and if power is going to the switch but not out, replace it. Also, ensure the solution pump switch is turned on. Check for a defective solution pump clutch and tighten or replace any loose or broken belts.

  If your Prochem Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner engine won't start and isn't turning over, begin by checking the main circuit breaker on the control panel and press the reset button after inspecting for the cause. Then, inspect the battery terminals for looseness or corrosion; clean, tighten, or replace them as needed. If the battery is dead, recharge or replace it. Test the ignition switch, and if there's power going in but not out, replace the switch. Also, test the starter motor and replace if necessary. If the vacuum pump is seized, refer to the Gardner Denver Service & Repair Manual or contact a dealer.
