Operating instructions forworking gears of front rotary tiller
When using the front rotary tiller, first remove the front tires and replace it with a deep plowing hoe or a dry
land knife, and replace the rear tires with iron wheels. Start the machine with the front and rear gearboxes
in neutral position, press the main clutch pedal, and shift the gear lever of the front gearbox to slow or fast
gear; after shift the lever of the rear gearbox to slow gear. After release the clutch pedal (switch between
fast and slow gears according to actual work needs).
The use of middle speed reduction gearbox: The use of the intermediate gearbox: synchronous and non-
synchronous working modes can be selected. When using the front rotary
tiller, use the mini tractor in non-synchronous mode. Except for the front
rotary tiller operation, in the four-wheel drive state you must use the
synchronous mode and the gears of the front and rear gearboxes must be
the same.
To operate the mini tractor in reverse gear, press the main clutch pedal, set
the front gearbox lever from neutral position in a reverse gear, while the rear
gearbox is in neutral and the middle speed reduction gearbox lever is set in
Low or High position (to equipped models. After release the main clutch
pedal.
Equipment configuration
The standard configuration includes a mini tractor, a set of deep plowing hoe
and a set of iron wheels. Optional: front gearbox (that is Front 4F+2R, Rear
8F+4R or 8+4 configuration), electronic hydraulic lifting system for all
agricultural accesories except deep plowing hoe. For more information
regarding the product, contact the authorized dealer.
Using the electronic hydraulic lifting system
Push the hydraulic system's handle forward to raise the accessory
connected to the rear hydraulic system and pull back handle to lower the
accessory. From the Neutral position, push the handle to the left to raise the
accessory connected to the frontal hydraulic lifting system. If you push the
handle to the right, the accessory will be lowered.
Using the agricultural machinery
The iron wheels are only used with the front rotary tiller mounted on the
front axle of the wheels (the front and rear tires do not need to be
disassembled).
Rear-mounted harvester, rear-mounted seeder, front-mounted reaper, front-
mounted lawn mower, in 8+4 configuration, the front gearbox is pushed to the low gear. The intermediate
gearbox is in synchronous mode, and the speed can be adjusted through the front and rear gearboxes.
Standard configuration (4+2): in two-wheel drive mode with the best effect due to the gear speed, the front
gearbox is pushed to the neutral position, the middle gearbox uses the rear drive in asynchronous mode,
and the gear speed can be adjusted through the rear gearbox, and at the same time the working depth of
the agricultural accessory can be controlled by the electronic hydraulic handle.
NOTE: For heavy-duty agricultural machinery accessories such as double plows, single plows, and
reversible plows, the middle speed reduction gearbox must be used in synchronous mode, and the use of
two-wheel drives at low speeds is prohibited.
