Pay any Authorized ProScan Television Servicenter the labor charges to
repair your television.
Pay any Authorized ProScan Television Servicenter for the new or, at
our option, refurbished replacement parts and picture tube required to
repair your television.

Servicenter. To identify your nearest Authorized ProScan Television
Servicenter, ask your dealer or call 1-800-PROSCAN.
