6. Get the supplied jack, bar and
wheel nut wrench.
WARNING
When lifting the vehicle with a jack,
make sure to install the wheel
chocks or blocks to the correct tyre.
The jack can move from its position
and cause an accident.
NOTE
(1) The wheel chocks shown in the illus-
tration do not come with the
vehicle. Keep the wheel chock in
the vehicle for use when necessary.
(2) If no wheel chocks are available,
use other objects with the same size
to hold the wheel in position.
Spare wheel information
Check the air pressure of the spare tyre
frequently and make sure the tyre is fit
for emergency use.
Keep the spare tyre at the maximum
specified air pressure. The spare tyre is
stored below the trunk floor board of
the luggage compartment.
CAUTION
(1) Use one temporary spare tyre
in any one time.
(2) Make sure you check and keep
the air pressure at the maxim-
um specified pressure all the
time.
(3) Driving with not sufficient tyre
pressure can cause an accident.
Drive slowly when using a
spare tyre without sufficient
tyre pressure.
(4) The spare tyre is for temporary
use only until the tyre is re-
paired or replaced.
(5) Do not drive the vehicle at
speed more than 80 km/h (49.7
mph) while using the spare
tyre.
How to remove the spare tyre
1. Lift the floor board of the trunk
compartment.

2. Turn the clamp to the left-side to
remove the installation clamp (C).
Remove the spare tyre.
