Relief angleadjustment:
Note!
The reliefangle is generally adjustedbythe
positioning in theclamp (Fig. 5).The relief
anglesetting is factory set for the drill
diameters from 3to13mmand should only
be adjustedinexceptional cases.
Adjust hexagon nut1(Fig.13) of theadjustment
spindleaccording to table (Fig.12).
Dressing the grindingwheel:
Note!
If grooves have formedorifthe grinding
wheel is blockeditmustbedressed, in order
to achieve goodgrinding results.
Attention!
Wear goggles!
1. Switchthedrill grinderonbytheONOFF
switch 7 (Fig.1).
2. Press knob 1 (Fig.14)slightly down and
move the pressing part 2 severaltimesup
anddown, until thecompletefront face of the
grinding wheelhasbeenprocessed.
Replacing the grinding wheel:
Attention!
Replace the grinding wheel once it has
reached adiameter of less than 45 mm.
A
spare grinding wheel Part-No.: 21200-58 is
delivered withthe machine.
1. Pull out the mains plug.
2. Removecap1(Fig.15)with a screwdriveror
similar.
3. Unscrewsockethead capscrew2(Fig.15),
remove washer 3 andgrinding wheel 5 with
clampingf
lange 4.
4. Mount the new grinding wheel 5 with
clampingflange 4 and washer 3. Tighten
sockethead capscrew2andplug on cap 1.
Plug in the main plug.
Careandmaintenance:
Thedrill grinderisalmost maintenance free. For
a long lifetime youshouldcleanthemachineafter
eachusewith compressed air andasoft cloth,
because thegrindingdust is very aggressive.
Wastedisposal:
Donot dispose of the machine with your
normalhousehold refuse! The machine
containsmaterials which can be recycled. If you
haveany questions on this matterpleaseask
your localwastedisposal company or other
municipal facilities.
