4.2 Montáž na armaturu Spring Retract / Valve mounting spring retract (SR)
Výchozí poloha: Vřeteno ventilu vysunuté
1. Nasaďte pohon na traverzu, našroubujte matice sloupků a pevně je utáhněte.
2. Připojte elektricky pohon (viz 6.).
3. Pojíždějte pohonem pomocí ručního ovládání (viz 10.) tak, aby spojka dosedla na vřeteno ventilu.
4. Stáhněte pružinovou sponu s čepem spojky a našroubujte spojku 13 mm na vřeteno ventilu.
5. Pojíždějte pohonem pomocí ručního ovládání (viz 10.) natolik, aby bylo možné znovu vsadit pružinovou sponu a
čep spojky.
Initial position: Valve stem is extended
1. Put actuator onto the bracket, screw on and fix the pillar nuts.
2. Connect the actuator to electric supply (see chapter 6.).
3. Drive the actuator manually (see chapter 10.) until the coupling rests on the valve stem.
4. Remove the spring clamp with the coupling pin and screw the coupling 13 mm on the valve stem.
5. Redrive the actuator manually (see chapter 10.) until the spring clamp with the coupling pin can be re-inserted.
5. Otevření a zavření krytu / Removing and closing the cover
Otevření krytu se smí provést pouze v suchém prostředí.
Open the cover only in a dry environment.
Šroub s křížovou hlavou / cross head screw
Otevření:
Nejprve křížovým šroubovákem všechny šrouby uvolněte, poté je
zcela vyšroubujte z tělesa převodovky. Šrouby jsou chráněné proti
ztrátě.
Zavření:
Přiložte kryt na těleso převodovky a lehce jej přitlačte. Přitáhněte
lehce všechny šrouby, poté je do kříže pevně utáhněte.
Open:
Loosen the screws by using a screwdriver and unscrew them
entirely out of the gear casing. The screws are protected against
loss.
Close:
Put the cover on the gear casing and press down slightly. Tighten
the screws gently and then crosswise.
RIGHT
WRONG
Before the pillar nuts are tightened, make sure that the pillars
are sitting on the valve mounting bracket. If necessary, correct
the position of the actuator by using manual operation. If
these instructions are not observed, personal injury or
damage to the actuator and/or valve may result.
Před utažením upevňovacích matic musí doléhat sloupky na
traverze ventilu. V případě potřeby ručně upravte polohu
pohonu. V případě nedodržení: poškození pohonu!
Před otevřením skříně se řiďte vhodnými předpisy pro manipulaci ESD: Pohon
uzemněte. Před otevřením krytu se dotkněte dílů skříně.
Attention! Observe precautions for handling. Ground the actuator. Before opening the
cover, touch grounded housing parts.
