TOOL FEATURES
• Reaches 365° F (185° C) immediately and cools down instantly
• Heats up to working temperature in under 15 seconds
• LED indicates whether power is high, low or off

1. Remove safety cover and hold tool firmly in desired hand.
2. Press on switch to high or low depending on temperature needed. Unit will heat up in about
15 seconds.
3. Test temperature on excess solder material to be sure temperature is adequate.
4. When finished, turn power switch to center OFF position.
5. Allow unit to cool for several seconds, then replace the safety cover.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Be sure unit is in OFF position.
2. Slide battery cover at rear off unit in direction indicated by arrow.
3. Insert 4AA batteries (not included). Make sure the batteries are positioned properly.
4. Replace cover.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
WARNING: Tips are sharp. Use caution when handling.
1. To replace tip, remove batteries and be sure unit is completely cool and turned off.
2. Firmly pull the old tip straight off of the tip of the iron.
3. Reinsert new tip and press down firmly at the base of the tip.
TIP REPLACEMENT
Tip gets extremely hot. DO NOT touch tip or you may be severely burned.
Always allow tip to cool before replacing safety cover.
Always replace safety cover before storing.
If storing for a prolonged period of time, remove batteries.
Keep out of reach of children or animals.
Use extreme caution when operating this tool.
