guide to important points to
remember
The machine should be used by
authorised trained operators
only
All operators must read &
understand the operator manual
prior to use
BEFORE USE
Check charger is showing fully charged green light (if on charge)
Check brush/pad holder WARNING USING DIRTY/WORN PAD CAN DAMAGE FLOOR
Check squeegee rubbers
Check recovery tank is empty and solution tank is full
Check recovery tank gasket cover
OPERATION
Switch on using key
Lower brush plate & switch on brush
Lower squeegee & switch on vacuum
Set desired solution level using lever
Do not stop the machine over the same area with brushes spinning (could damage the floor)
At the end of each washing operation, lift the brush, turn brush switch off, continue with squeegee
down to complete drying the floor
Lift the squeegee & wait several seconds before switching off the vacuum, this will stop any water
droplets falling onto the floor
AFTER USE
Drain & rinse the tanks
Check brush/pad (must be removed at least once per week to avoid seizure)
Clean squeegee
Clean vac filter (daily)
Clean solution filter (weekly)
Check battery levels (weekly) wet batteries only
DO NOT
DO NOT use anything other than low foam detergent in the machine
DO NOT opportune charge (e.g. at tea breaks etc, only charge when the machine is flat)
DO NOT use the machine on an unswept floor
DO NOT use hot water in the machine (cold/lukewarm only)
