Warranty from HAC BV
Dear customer,
You have a legal warranty on this device within your country from the date of purchase. In case of defects in this product, you have legal rights against the
seller of the product. These legal rights are not restricted by our warranty described below.
Warranty conditions
The warranty period applies from the date of purchase. Keep the receipt carefully. You will need it as proof of purchase.
If a material or manufacturing defect occurs within the statutory warranty period from the date of purchase of this product, we will - at our discretion - repair
or replace the product free of charge or refund the purchase price. The prerequisite for this guarantee is that the defective device and the proof of purchase
(sales receipt) are presented within the stipulated statutory guarantee period and that a brief description is given of what the defect consists of and when it
occurred.
If the defect is covered by our warranty, you will receive the repaired product or a new product (should this not be in stock we will return the money). The
repair or replacement of the product does not start a new warranty period.
Warranty period and legal claims for defects
The warranty period is not extended by this guarantee. This also applies to replaced and repaired parts. Any damage and defects already present at the time of
purchase must be reported immediately after unpacking. Costs will be charged for repairs after the warranty period has expired.
Warranty scope
The device has been manufactured with the greatest possible care on the basis of strict quality standards and has been carefully inspected prior to delivery.
The warranty applies to material or manufacturing defects. This guarantee does not apply to product parts subject to normal wear and tear and therefore
considered wear parts, or to damage to breakable parts such as switches, batteries or parts made of glass.
This warranty is void if the product has been damaged, used improperly or repaired. For competent use of the product, all instructions described in the
operating instructions must be followed exactly. Uses and actions which are discouraged or warned against in the operating instructions must be avoided at
all costs.
The product is intended exclusively for private use and not for commercial purposes. Incorrect use and incompetent handling, the use of force and repairs not
carried out by a person appointed by us or an authorised workshop will void the warranty.
