17. Master Fader:
Sets the level of the final mix
If the fader is all the way down, the final mix will be fully attenuated and will not pass to
the Left and Right Outputs
If the fader is all the way up, the final mix will be full scale (not attenuated, nor
amplified)
Controls 1-10 are replicated on channels 2-4
