Usage
Remove the lid by using the knob on the top. You close the lid simply by putting the lid back in
place and pushing down on the knob until it closes.
Fill the kettle with the required amount of water. IMPORTANT: It must be below and maximum
indicated levels.
Place the kettle on the stand and connect the stand to the power supply. Position the kettle so the
spout is facing away from you.
Press the power switch down. Once pressed down the switch will light up indicating that the
kettle is on.
Do not remove the lid while the kettle is boiling.
Do not tip kettle upside down when pouring.
Allow the kettle to cool thoroughly before re-lling. Never re-ll a hot kettle with cold water.
Cleaning
Unplug the base before cleaning.
Allows allow the kettle to cool down before cleaning.
Do not immerse the power cord, base or kettle in water. Simply wipe the kettle down with warm
soapy water. To protect the outer surface do not use abrasive cleaners to wipe the kettle. Once
cleaned rinse the inside of the kettle with cold water to remove any soap which could leave an
unwanted aftertaste.
The kettle will need periodical de-scaling. The interval of this de-scaling will depend on the
hardness of water used.
Do not attempt to maintain this product by yourself. Only a qualied competent person should
maintain the product. For any malfunction please contact the retailer you purchased it from.
Do not leave water in the kettle when not in use to avoid mineral build up.
Do not use scouring pads or abrasive cleaners as they may damage the surface of the kettle and
impact performance.
