Based on the opon selected, this menu enables users to upload the NVR error log les to
Qvis Labs or download to an USB sck.
The problem report can either be saved to a USB sck or sent via the web directly to
Qvis Labs.
Should you encounter a problem that your NVR Installer cannot remedy, or you have new
feature ideas, email:
support@adata.co.uk
If you encounter any issues, be it hardware or soware, please provide as much informaon
as possible about the setup and sequence of events that triggered the problem.
Please provide the name of the device. Please see pages 41 (NVR Idencaon) to nd
instrucons on how to nd device name or even to create one.
