Recovery
If the NVR ever becomes unresponsive or problemac, reboot the NVR.
Click the right mouse buon on the video wall to bring up the quick menu.
Click on the ‘Restart’ opon to restart the device.
The interface will ask you to put in your username and password before it can
reboot the device. Input details and press ‘OK’.
If the reboot process does not resolve the issue then a full shutdown maybe needed.
Click the right mouse buon on the video wall to bring up the quick menu.
Click on the ‘Shutdown’ opon to commence shutdown of the device.
The interface will ask you to put in your username and password before it can
shutdown the device. Input details and press ‘OK’.
If the user interface becomes completely unresponsive through a bad power cycle on
the NVR:
Press the Reset buon on the front of the NVR or turn the power buon on the rear
of the NVR o..
If the NVR connues to be unresponsive, remove NVR power for >30 seconds.
Restore NVR power.
