inmaterialsandworkmanshipundernormaluse
bytheoriginalpurchaserforninety (90) days after
thedateofpurchasefromaRadioShack-owned
storeoranauthorizedRadioShackfranchisee
ordealer.RADIOSHACKMAKESNOOTHER
EXPRESSWARRANTIES.
Thiswarrantydoesnotcover:(a)damageorfailure
causedbyorattributabletoabuse,misuse,failure
tofollowinstructions,improperinstallationor
maintenance,alteration,accident,ActsofGod
(suchasoodsorlightning),orexcessvoltage
orcurrent;(b)improperorincorrectlyperformed
repairsbypersonswhoarenotaRadioShack
AuthorizedServiceFacility;(c)consumablessuch
asfusesorbatteries;(d)ordinarywearandtearor
cosmeticdamage;(e)transportation,shippingor
insurancecosts;(f)costsofproductremoval,instal-
lation,set-upservice,adjustmentorreinstallation;
and(g)claimsbypersonsotherthantheoriginal
purchaser.
Shouldaproblemoccurthatiscoveredbythis
warranty,taketheproductandtheRadioShack
salesreceiptasproofofpurchasedatetoany
RadioShackstoreintheU.S.RadioShackwill,at
itsoption,unlessotherwiseprovidedbylaw:(a)
repairtheproductwithoutchargeforpartsand
labor;(b)replacetheproductwiththesameora
