RadioShackwarrantsthisproductagainstdefectsinmate-
rialsandworkmanshipundernormalusebytheoriginal
purchaserforninety (90) days afterthedateofpurchase
fromaRadioShack-ownedstoreoranauthorized
RadioShackfranchiseeordealer.RADIOSHACKMAKES
NOOTHEREXPRESSWARRANTIES.
Thiswarrantydoesnotcover:(a)damageorfailurecaused
byorattributabletoabuse,misuse,failuretofollow
instructions,improperinstallationormaintenance,altera-
tion,accident,ActsofGod(suchasoodsorlightning),
orexcessvoltageorcurrent;(b)improperorincorrectly
performedrepairsbypersonswhoarenotaRadioShack
AuthorizedServiceFacility;(c)consumablessuchas
fusesorbatteries;(d)ordinarywearandtearorcosmetic
damage;(e)transportation,shippingorinsurancecosts;
(f)costsofproductremoval,installation,set-upservice,
adjustmentorreinstallation;and(g)claimsbypersons
otherthantheoriginalpurchaser.
Shouldaproblemoccurthatiscoveredbythiswarranty,
taketheproductandtheRadioShacksalesreceiptas
proofofpurchasedatetoanyRadioShackstoreinthe
U.S.RadioShackwill,atitsoption,unlessotherwise
providedbylaw:(a)repairtheproductwithoutchargefor
partsandlabor;(b)replacetheproductwiththesameor
acomparableproduct;or(c)refundthepurchaseprice.
Allreplacedpartsandproducts,andproductsonwhich
arefundismade,becomethepropertyofRadioShack.
Neworreconditionedpartsandproductsmaybe
usedintheperformanceofwarrantyservice.Repaired
orreplacedpartsandproductsarewarrantedforthe
remainderoftheoriginalwarrantyperiod.Youwillbe
