Set the volume to the lowest setting before you begin listening.
After you begin listening,

just the volume to a comfortable

you set the volume, do not increase it. Over time, your
ears adapt to the

Do not use headphones with your receiver when operating a
motor
vehicle

ridi

a bicycle in

near traffic. Doing so can
create a traffic hazard and
could be illegal in some areas.

your receiver while riding a bicycle,

very carefu
l.
Do not listen to a conti

ous broadcast. Even
though some earphones/headphones
let

u hear some out-
side sounds when listening at normal vol
