Heater Circuit, Continued
Step Action

Upon entry to the Hardware screen the Heater ON button is off.
NOTE: Five minutes prior to an auto-calibration, the heater is
automatically turned on. During this time period, the heater check box
on the Hardware screen is disabled. To continue with this procedure,
allow the analyzer to calibrate then return to this Hardware screen.
The Th indicator on the display will display 100 if a sensor cassette is
not attached. The Th indicator will display ambient temperature if a
sensor cassette is attached (see Figure 4-11). For example, if the
temperature is 25°C, then the Th window will display a value of 25.0

Attach a sensor cassette.

Press the Heater ON check box to activate the heater circuit (see
Figure 4-12). This causes heat to be applied to the sensor cassette. The
thermistor value (Th) will stabilize between 36.8 – 37.2.
