Selects the waveform. For each channel, up to three waveforms
can be analyzed. If WAVeform<n> is omitted, waveform 1 is
adressed.
Parameters:
<AutoRepeat> ON | OFF
*RST: OFF
Usage: Asynchronous command
CHANnel<m>[:WAVeform<n>]:HISTory:TSDate?
Returns the date of the current acquisition that is shown in the history viewer (
CHANnel<m>[:WAVeform<n>]:HISTory:CURRent).
