"Start Phase" and "Stop Phase" define the phase difference at the start/stop of
each sweep
Remote command:
SOURce<Ch>:TDIF:IMBalance:PHASe:LPORt
SOURce<Ch>:TDIF:IMBalance:PHASe:STARt
SOURce<Ch>:TDIF:IMBalance:PHASe:STOP
Amplitude > Port / Start Power / Stop Power ← Imbalance Sweep Settings ← True
Differential Mode
Configures the amplitude imbalance sweep type in true differential mode:
"Port" selects the balanced logical port to be swept
"Start Power" and "Stop Power" define the amplitude difference at the start/stop of
each sweep
Remote command:
SOURce<Ch>:TDIF:IMBalance:AMPLitude:LPORt
SOURce<Ch>:TDIF:IMBalance:AMPLitude:STARt
SOURce<Ch>:TDIF:IMBalance:AMPLitude:STOP
Topology (graphical button)
Visualizes the logical port configuration. If the Balanced Ports dialog is not already in
the background, you can open it from here.
5.13.4 Timer Settings tab
The R&S ZNA firmware implements three algorithms for calculating the channel-spe-
cific "hardware settling wait times". These algorithms are tailored for certain measure-
ment tasks:
mono-frequent (S-parameter) measurements
frequency-converting (arbitrary) measurements
other "slow" measurements (e.g. involving power meters)
Up to version 2.21 the firmware did choose the suitable algorithm automatically, based
on the channel's current measurement task. However, depending on the measured
quantities, selecting another algorithm can be advantageous w.r.t. measurement speed
or precision. Since firmware version 2.30, "Timer Settings" tab allows you to select an
algorithm manually.
