USING THE ELECTRICAL PLATE
Prior to making use
of
the plate
for
the first time,
switch
it
on for approximately three minutes
at
maximum
power
without
any
pot
on.
This
will
cause the protective layer to
burn while penetrating
(a
pungent
smell will then be
generated).
Make use
of
sturdy flat-bottomed
pots
and
pans. Under
no
circumstances the
pot
diameter should be
lower
than the
plate diameter.
Caution should be taken
not
to forget the plate connected
if
a
pot
is
not
placed on it.
CARE OF THE COOKING PLATE
Should liquids overflow,
it
is recommended the burners,
plates
and
accessories be immediately flushed.
Never use abrasive cleansing agents, Cleaning should be
made with soapy warm water
or
light cleansing agent.
Particular caution
is
recommended
for
knobs
and
control
panel.
The
pot
holding
grid
is made
of
heat resistant stainless
steel.
The
grid
portion
coming in
contact
with flame
however
wi/1
show
a tendency to blackening with the
passage
of
time.
It
is
a natural phenomenum which
will
not
affect
the original characteristics.
For the maintenance
of
the electrical plate, apply a thin
layer
of
a special cleanser (available on the market)
and
cause
it
to penetrate
by
wiping the warm plate.

de

cette derniere pendant environ trois minutes
a

puissance
maximum sans
le
recipient.
De
cette
faQon
Ia
peinture
de
protection brule
en
penetrant et degagera une odeur acre.
Employer des pots et
des
marmites ayant
le
fond plat et
robuste. Leur diametre
ne
devra jamais etre inferieur a celui
de
Ia
plaque.
Ne
jamais oublier
Ia
plaque branchee sans
un
recipient des-
sus.
ENTRETIEN
En
cas
de
debordement
de
liquide,
il
y aura lieu
de
nettoyer
a l'instant
le
brOieurs,
les
plaques,
le
planet
les
accessories.
Pour
le
nettoyage eviter
les
produits abrasifs et
se
limiter a
de
l'eau tiede avec du savon ou
du
detersif Ieger.

faut faire attention surtout aux boutons et
au
tableau
de
commande.
La
grille a marmites est construite
en
acier inoxydable resi-
stant
a
Ia
chaleur. Cependant
les
parties
en
contact avec
les
flammes tendent a noircir, sans que
cela
signifie une
pert.e
des caracteristiques.
Pour l'entretien
de
Ia
plaque electrique, enduire d'une petite
couche d'un produit special disponible
en
commerce et
Ia
faire penetrer
en
torchonnant sur
Ia
plaque tiede.
