The alarm requires some water between two black wires for a while.
If there are just few water drops on the cable water sensor, no
alarms are triggered.
The water sensor's rope should be mounted on the floor firmly, or
the water sensor cannot detect the water.
In the following diagram, NO alarm is triggered by the presence of
the water, which is indicated by the blue color, because the water
sensor's rope does not evenly contact the floor.
