14.8 Cleaning (chemical storage)
The iCombiPro with chemical storage contains advanced settings for cleaning.
This can be found under Automatic cleaning - iCareSystem (chemical storage)

14.8.1 Forced cleaning (chemical storage)
Here, you can select the period after which you wish to be prompted to clean the
unit. You can only continue working with the cooking system once cleaning is
complete. This enables you to ensure that all cleaning and hygiene regulations are
observed during shift operation.
1. Press this button: to switch forced cleaning on or off.
Time to cleaning request
Here you can set the number of hours after which the cleaning request should be
displayed.

Forced cleaning delay time
Here you can set when you want delayed forced cleaning to start.

Cleaning program
Use this to select a cleaning program for forced cleaning.
1. Press this button: . You can now select from either standard or custom-
created cleaning programs.
Automatic cleaning start
1. Press this button: to switch automatic cleaning start on or off.

14.8.2 Cleaning schedule (chemical storage)
Here, you can set the weekdays on which a forced cleaning should be carried out.
This enables you to ensure that all cleaning and hygiene regulations are observed
during shift operation. Cleaning schedules and forced cleaning cannot be
enabled at the same time.
