Error Information Solution
Sensor Start Error with the start sensor.
Banknotes were on the banknote feeder before the device was
switched on.
Check the banknote feeder and remove the banknotes from the
feeder.
Check the start sensor and clean the sensor.
Sensor Stacker Error with stacker sensor.
Remove the banknotes from the banknote ejector.
Check and clean the banknote stacker sensor.
Sensor RJ Error with the reject sensor.
Remove the reject suspicious banknotes from the reject stacker.
Check and clean the reject sensor.
Sensor RJ Block The banknotes have jammed in the reject stacker, Open the reject
stacker, remove the banknotes and press START.
Sensor RJ Position The reject stacker is in the wrong position. Replace the reject
stacker properly.
