SIDEKICK PRO ICD ALARMS SETUP TAB
1. Open the VT Menu and select the desired Sidekick Pro ICD Menu button.
2. Select the Alarms Setup Tab. The following information will display.
• Pop Up Alarms - Pop Up Alarms are used to notify the user of system errors by displaying an alarm
on the home screen. Disable pop up alarms through the direct injection system settings screen.
• High Inlet Vacuum – Notifies the user that the maximum pump inlet vacuum has been exceeded.
There may be a restriction in the plumbing between the injection pump inlet and the direct
injection chemical supply tank.
• Pump Efficiency Limit - The minimum allowable efficiency for the DI pump. Typical values range
from 60-100%. Alarm will trigger if actual efficiency is below the limit for 10 seconds. Higher
efficiency values may cause alarms to trigger more often, lower efficiency values may not trigger
the alarm.
• Off Rate Limit - The allowable difference between the target and actual product application rates. If
the difference between the actual and target rate exceeds the set percentage for more than five
seconds, the system will display an off rate alarm.
• Low Tank Limit – The volume at which the low injection chemical supply tank alarm will activate.
Enter a value of zero or uncheck enable to disable the low tank alarm.

1. Open the VT Menu and select the desired Sidekick Pro ICD Menu button.
2. Select the Product Information tab. The following information will display:
• Assembly Part Number – Displays the part number of the injection pump.
• Assembly Revision – Displays the revision letter of the injection pump.
• Assembly Serial Number – Displays the pump serial number.
• Software Part Number – Displays the pump software part number.
• Software Version – Displays the pump software version number.
• Software Hours – Displays the number of runtime hours the software has been on the injection
pump.
• Bootloader Version – Displays the pump bootloader version.
• CAN Address – Displays the CANBUS address of the pump.
• Instance Number – Displays the instance number the injection pump object pool is assigned to
display on.
• Service Menu – Provides advanced features and options to assist with systems diagnostics or tuning
the Sidekick Pro ICD injection system. The service menu should only be used by a trained Raven
service technician.
