Bypass nozzles if they go back. • Remove the NCV and replace with a jumper plug. Take the
nozzle tip and reduce it to about half the original size.
• Unplug the nozzle from the NCV and place the jumper plug on.
Turn on the secondary nozzle body.
Pressure inaccurate or unstable. • Verify the correct pressure for the transducer is selected.
• In Pressure Settings, adjust the Response rate to stabilize the
system.
• Verify the pressure on VT matches separate external mechanical
gauge.
Individual nozzle will not communicate
with Raven Service Tool Action
• Verify power to the nozzle.
• Verify pin 5 “sw in” is three volts.
• With DWM, measure resistance across pins 2 and 4. It should
measure 60-80k ohms.
