Error Code Possible Cause Solution
Code 101
• Left transducer out
of calibration
• Recalibrate pressure transducers.
• Faulty left
transducer
• Replace left pressure transducer.
Code 102
• Right transducer out
of calibration
• Recalibrate pressure transducers.
•Faulty right
transducer
• Replace right pressure transducer.
Code 103
• Flow obstruction in
left intake valve
• Perform a pump calibration test. If the pump does not
calibrate properly, remove the left intake cartridge and
perform pump maintenance to clear obstructions.
• Faulty left pressure
transducer
• Perform a pump calibration test. If the pump calibrates
properly, replace the left pressure transducer.
Code 104
• Flow obstruction in
right intake valve
• Perform a pump calibration test. If the pump does not
calibrate properly, remove the right intake cartridge and
perform pump maintenance to clear obstructions.
•Faulty right
pressure transducer
• Perform a pump calibration test. If the pump calibrates
properly, replace the right pressure transducer.
Code 105
• Flow obstruction in
left exhaust valve
• Perform a pump calibration test. If the pump does not
calibrate properly, remove the left exhaust cartridge and
perform pump maintenance to clear obstructions.
• Faulty left pressure
transducer
• Perform a pump calibration test. If the pump calibrates
properly, replace the left pressure transducer.
Code 106
• Flow obstruction in
right exhaust
cylinder
• Perform a pump calibration test. If the pump does not
calibrate properly, remove the right exhaust cartridge and
perform pump maintenance to clear obstructions.

pressure transducer
• Perform a pump calibration test. If the pump calibrates
properly, replace the right pressure transducer.
Code 107
• Clogged pump
strainer
• Clean pump strainer and check for obstructions in
injection line between the pump inlet and chemical supply
tank.
• Tubing or plumbing
size restriction
• Verify the proper size of injection supply tubing is used
between the chemical supply tank and pump inlet.
• Chemical too thick • Dilute product in chemical supply tank. Some chemicals
may not be applied using a direct injection system.
Code 108
• Clogged or
restricted pump
outlet supply lines
• Check for restrictions or blockages in outlet supply lines.
Flush the injection system to clear clogs and residue
buildup.
• Tubing or plumbing
size restriction
• Verify the proper size of injection outlet tubing is used
between the point of injection and pump outlet.
• Faulty PSI
transducer
• Hand valve closed • Check hand valves are open and allow flow from the
injection pump outlet port.
• Low injection
