No HC Pwr
High current power is not being
detected.
Check the high current cable
connections.
Check the fuse.
No HC Sync
The hardware inside the mechanical
drive is damaged.
1. Navigate to the SmarTrax Manual Steering
screen.
2. Toggle the master switch on and off,
verifying that the Raven LED logo
changes from white steady to blue
steady.
3. Drive the motor at various settings while
monitoring the Actual Current value. If no
current is drawn and the problem persists,
replace the mechanical drive.
No VTG
No VTGmessages are being received.
Check the receiver settings. The
recommended setting is 10Hz.
Oper Error
The operator presence switch has been
disconnected for more than seven
seconds.
Check the operator presence switch
connection to verify it is connected to
the operator presence switch or jumper
plug.
OpSW Fail
The operator has been out of the seat for
more than two seconds.
Return to the operators seat.
Check the operator presence switch
connections.
RsSw Fail
The foot/engage switch cable
connection has been disconnected.
Ensure the foot/engage switch cable
connection is connected to the node
harness.
Replace the foot/engage switch.
RsSw StOn
The foot/engage switch is stuck in the
“ON” position.
Ensure the foot/engage switch cable and
connection to the node harness is not
damaged.
Replace the foot /engage switch.
Swath Jmp
The guidance points being sent from the
field computer has jumped swaths,
causing the system to disengage.
Verify the guidance line on the field
computer is not switching between lines.
TC Error
3D terrain compensation has been
disabled because a gyro has failed but
SmarTrax MD may still be used.
Repair or replace the node when
convenient.
Too Fast
The vehicle speed is above 27 mph [45
km/h] and SmarTrax MD will be
disengaged in five seconds.
Decrease the vehicle speed.
Too FAST
The vehicle speed is above 29 mph [45
km/h] or has been above 27 mph for
more than 5 seconds and SmarTrax MD
has been disengaged.
Decrease the vehicle speed and re-
engage the SmarTrax MD system.
Too Slow
The vehicle speed is too slow and
SmarTrax MD has been disengaged.
Increase the vehicle speed and re-
engage the SmarTrax MD system.
