comprehensivetestingandqualityassuranceprograms.Ifyoudoexperience
problemswithyourproduct,thissectionwillhelpyoutodiagnoseandcorrect
problemstorestorenormaloperation.

brokenconnectorpinsorincorrectwiring.

1.Checkthatthepowercableconnectoris
correctlyorientatedandfullyinsertedintothe
displayconnectorandlockedinposition.
2.Checkthepowersupplycableandconnectors
forsignsofdamageorcorrosion,andreplace
ifnecessary.
3.Withthedisplayturnedon,tryflexingthepower
cableneartothedisplayconnectortoseeif
thiscausestheunittorestartorlosepower.
Replaceifnecessary.
4.Checkthevessel’sbatteryvoltageandthe
conditionofthebatteryterminalsandpower
supplycables,ensuringconnectionsaresecure,
cleanandfreefromcorrosion.Replaceif
necessary.
5.Withtheproductunderload,usinga
multi-meter,checkforhighvoltagedrop
acrossallconnectors/fusesetc,andreplace
ifnecessary.
