•Providestruewindspeedanddirectioninformation,
ifvesselspeedinformationisavailableonSeaTalk.
•Enablesalockedapparentwindangle,which
isdenedeithermanuallyorautomaticallybya
coursecomputer.Inthismode,theunitshows
thedeviationsfromthelockedwindangleandthe
directiontosteertoachievethelockedwindangle.
10.2Calibration
Beforerstusecalibrationproceduresmustbe
carriedouttoensureoptimumperformanceofthe
instrumentwiththevessel.
