5.1Mounting
Theproductisdesignedtobeushmounted.
Beforemountingtheunit,ensurethatyouhave:
•Selectedasuitablelocation.
•Identiedthecableconnectionsandroutethatthe
cablewilltake.
•Detachedthefrontbezel.
1.Checktheselectedlocationfortheunit.Aclear,
atareawithsuitableclearancebehindthepanel,
isrequired.
2.Fixtheappropriatecuttingtemplatesupplied
withtheproduct,totheselectedlocation,using
maskingorself-adhesivetape.
3.Usingasuitableholesaw,makeapilotholesin
eachcornerofthecut-outarea.
4.Usingasuitablesaw,cutalongtheinsideedge
ofthecut-outline.
5.Ensurethattheunittsintotheremovedarea
andthenlearoundthecutedgeuntilsmooth.
6.Drillfourholesasindicatedonthetemplateto
acceptthesecuringscrews.
7.Peelthebackingoffofthegasket,andplacethe
adhesivesideofthegasketontothedisplayunit
andpressrmlyontotheange.
8.Connectcablestotheunit.
9.Slidetheunitintoplaceandsecureusingscrews
provided.
Note:Drill,andtapsizeandtighteningtorqueis
dependentonthematerialtypeandthicknessthe
unitistobemountedon.
Frontbezel
Removingthefrontbezel
Important:Usecarewhenremovingthebezel.
Donotuseanytoolstoleverthebezel,doingso
maycausedamage.
1.Usingyourngerspullthebezelawayfromthe
unitatthetopandside,asshownin2.
Thebezelwillstarttocomeawayfromtheunitat
thetopandside.
2.Nowpullthebezelawayfromtheunitonthe
oppositeside,asshownin3.
Thebezelwillnowcomefreefromtheunit,as
shownin4.
