6.Channel13andchannel67haveaninitialpoweroutputof1watt.Usercantemporarilyoverridethisrestrictionstotransmitathighpower.
7.VDSMS(VHFDigitalSmallMessageServices).TransmissionsofshortdigitalmessagesinaccordancewithRTCMStandard12301.1isallowed.
