Theinstallationlocationmusttakeintoaccountthe
followingrequirements:
•Installbelowdecksinadryarea.
•Mountonaverticalsurface,thesidesandtopmust
belevel.
•Locationmustbeatleast1m(3ft.)awayfromany
magneticcompass.
•Safefromphysicaldamageandexcessivevibration.
•Awayfromanysourceofheat.
•Awayfromanypotentialammablehazard,suchas
fuelvapors.

1.Mountthecoursecomputerinanappropriate
locationandsecurewiththescrewssupplied.

autopilotcontrollerandrudderreferenceunit(if
appropriate)atthistime.
2.Routethepower,data,compassandanyother
cablesrequiredforconnectiontothecourse
computer.
3.Makeallnecessaryconnectionsintothecourse
computerconnectorpanel.
Theconnectorpanelisaccessedbyremovingthe
cover.
