Thesechecksshouldbecarriedoutafterinstallation,
andpriortothecommissioningoftheautopilotsystem.
1.Switchonpowertotheautopilotsystemand
associatedequipment.
•Coursecomputer
•Autopilotcontroller
•SeaT alkand/orSeaT alk
ng
databus(ifthesehave
theirownseparatesupply).
2.Checkthattheautopilotcontrollerpowersup.Ifthe
displayisblankpressandholdthePowerkeyfor1
second.
3.Checkthedisplayforerrormessagesthatcould
indicateaproblemwiththeinstallation.

•Refertothetroubleshootinginformationsupplied
withtheproduct,or
•contactRaymarinecustomersupport.
Note:Theautopilotsbuilt-ingyrorequiresafew
minutestostabilizeafterpoweron.Duringthistime
theheadingmayappeartodriftuntilthegyrohas
stabilized.
