Wiring Diagram:

The subwoofers feature dual voice coils (1, 2, or 4 Ohm) that must both be connected to an amplification source.

  • Parallel Wiring:
    • 1 Ohm coils result in 0.5 Ohm impedance.
    • 2 Ohm coils result in 1 Ohm impedance.
    • 4 Ohm coils result in 2 Ohm impedance.
  • Series Wiring:
    • 1 Ohm coils result in 2 Ohm impedance.
    • 2 Ohm coils result in 4 Ohm impedance.
    • 4 Ohm coils result in 8 Ohm impedance.

Maintenance Features (Warranty Information):

Limited Warranty:

  • RE Audio warrants manufactured electronic products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period not exceeding ONE (1) YEAR from the date of purchase.
  • Important Warranty Notice: Warranty service is only provided for products displaying valid RE Audio serial numbers and requires a copy of the original sales receipt from an authorized dealer.
  • All products returned for service MUST be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA#), issued by RE Audio in advance of shipment. The RA# must be clearly and conspicuously displayed on the shipping carton, or RE Audio will refuse delivery.
  • To obtain an RA#, customers should first contact their RE Audio dealer.
  • The warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Defective equipment must be returned, freight prepaid, to the RE Audio Factory or an Authorized RE Audio Warranty Station within the warranty period.
  • The warranty covers only defects in materials and workmanship of manufactured electronic products (speakers).
  • Exclusions: Incidents of misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification will not be covered under the terms of this warranty. RE Audio reserves the right to refuse warranty service under such conditions.
  • Disclaimer: RE Audio will not be responsible for any damages, whether incidental or consequential, related to the use of this or any other product bearing or sold under the RE Audio brand name. Users assume all risk, and improper use can result in property damage, bodily harm, or other damage. RE Audio assumes no responsibility for user health or safety.
