Assembly Instructions:
The assembly process is broken down into ten steps:
- Step 1: Casters Installation: Turn the Star Base upside down and press the five Casters (A) into the holes at the end of each base leg.
- Step 2: Gas Lift Installation: Turn the Star Base upright. Insert the Gas Lift (C) into the center hole of the Star Base. Place the Lift Cover (D) on top of the Gas Lift.
- Step 3: Bolt Removal: Remove all M8x25mm Bolts from the seat cushion (I) and back cushion (J) before proceeding.
- Step 4: Armrest Attachment to Seat Cushion: Attach the two Armrests (K) to the Seat Cushion (I) using eight M8x25mm bolts. Ensure the left and right armrests are in their correct positions and tighten with the provided Wrench (3).
- Step 5: Seat Plate Attachment: Align the Seat Plate (H) with the bottom of the Seat Cushion (I), ensuring the front of the seat plate faces the front of the seat cushion. Attach the seat plate using four M8x25mm bolts and tighten.
- Step 6: Seat Cushion to Gas Lift Connection: Turn the Seat Cushion upright and align the center hole of the Seat Plate with the Gas Lift. Push the seat cushion down firmly onto the gas lift until the connection is secure.
- Step 7: Angle Adjusters to Seat Cushion: Align the Angle Adjusters (G) with the pre-drilled holes on the Seat Cushion. Attach the angle adjusters to the cushion using M8x25mm bolts. Important: Tighten these bolts to 50%, not 100%, at this stage.
- Step 8: Angle Adjusters to Back Cushion: Take the Back Cushion (J) and align the Angle Adjusters with the pre-drilled holes on the back cushion. Attach the angle adjusters to the back cushion using M8x25mm bolts.
- Step 9: Final Tightening: Adjust the balance of the chair and then fully tighten all bolts on the angle adjusters.
- Step 10: Plastic Cover Attachment: Attach the Left Plastic Cover Set (E1, E2) and Right Plastic Cover Set (F1, F2) using four M5x8mm bolts.
